  • A representative will be assigned to be in contact with guests to confirm their participation and coordinate their travel details (Arrival and Departure date/timings) as well as the mode of transportation.

• Airport Hospitality Management:

  • A representative from their team will be at the airport to receive guests with a customised placard for the wedding.

• Coordinating Coaches, Chauffer driven Cars for Pickups and Drops.

• Concierge Services:

  • Baggage Management: All luggage will be tagged at the Airport/Railway Station/ Hotel basis the requirement.

  • Transportation Chauffeur Driven cars for pickups and drops Venue/Residence/Hotel/ Airport/Railway Station basis on the requirement.

  • Receiving Guests: A representative will be available at the entrance of the venue to welcome guests.

• Check-in Assistance: Each guest will be assisted during their check-in at the Hotel/Venue.

• Manpower:

  • Their team has well educated and confident individuals who are fluent in English. Each one is well-groomed and smart and skilled for the task assigned to them. These include Anchors, Guest Service Executives, Host, Hostesses, Ushers etc

• Help Desk: A Help desk is at the venue to provide any information or assistance to the guests.

• Personalization: To make guests feel welcomed they coordinate with the Hotel to add Welcome Letters and Hampers to the assigned rooms.

• Catering: The premium quality of Food and Beverages and high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

• Makeup Artists/ Photographers/ Entertainment options are available as well.

• To ensure effective management we create a control room which is the epicentre for the event.
